1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "bat11" refers to the online betting and casino platform operated at bat11.io, including all services, features, content, and functionality available through the platform.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who registers an account on bat11, accesses the platform, or uses any bat11 service.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on bat11.
• "Balance" means the aggregate amount of real-money funds held in a Player's bat11 Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on a sports event or casino game through the bat11 platform.
• "BDT" / "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh and the primary transactional currency on bat11.
• "Platform" means the bat11 website, mobile browser interface, and any associated tools, APIs, or services operated by bat11.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of self-service controls available to Players including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

2.1 Minimum Age

bat11 is strictly an adult platform. To register an account and use any bat11 service, you must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement applies to all Players regardless of their location within Bangladesh. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

bat11 verifies player age during the registration process. bat11 reserves the right to request government-issued identity documentation at any time to confirm that a Player meets the minimum age requirement. Where a Player is found to be under the age of 21, the Account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be placed on hold, and the Account balance will be handled in accordance with these Terms.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

bat11 primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of bat11 complies with all laws applicable to you. bat11 does not provide legal advice and accepts no liability for your failure to comply with local regulations.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on bat11. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances in the duplicate Accounts, and permanent exclusion from the platform. If you suspect a duplicate Account has been created in your name, contact bat11 support immediately at [email protected].

2.4 Exclusions

The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on bat11: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) bat11 employees, contractors, consultants, or their immediate family members; (c) persons who have registered for self-exclusion on bat11 or who have been permanently excluded from the platform; (d) persons who are unable to enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access bat11's betting and casino services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.

bat11 reserves the right to refuse any registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for that refusal.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. bat11 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available for all registered Accounts. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bat11 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where that access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bat11 support immediately at [email protected]. bat11 will investigate and, where appropriate, suspend your Account to prevent further unauthorised activity pending resolution.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bat11 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally accepted anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to provide the following documentation at any stage of your Account lifecycle:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within the past three months)
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad account)

bat11 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or restrict Account functionality pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide the required documentation within the timeframe specified by bat11 may result in Account suspension.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting bat11 support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending wagers must be settled and any outstanding withdrawal requests must be processed. bat11 may retain your personal data following Account closure as required by applicable law and these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bat11 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. bat11 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice. The current list of available payment methods is displayed in your Account dashboard.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and Account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher transaction limits. bat11 reserves the right to impose transaction limits at its sole discretion.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bat11 Account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day to appear in your Account Balance. bat11 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or bank processing times.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

bat11 aims to process withdrawal requests within the same business day for verified Accounts. Withdrawals are subject to bat11's security and verification checks, which may result in additional processing time. bat11 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or unusual transaction patterns.

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. bat11 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Player's name.

4.5 Currency

All Account Balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on bat11 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bat11 does not charge currency conversion fees for BDT transactions. Any fees imposed by your payment provider are outside bat11's control and are your responsibility.

4.6 Prohibited Transactions

bat11 prohibits the use of the platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment wagering. The following are expressly prohibited: (a) depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised means; (b) using bat11 as a mechanism for money laundering or financial crime; (c) deliberately exploiting payment processing errors or system glitches to obtain funds. bat11 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report suspicious financial activity to the relevant bodies.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Acceptance of Bets

bat11 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Bets are accepted only when confirmed by the bat11 system and a bet reference number has been issued. A wager is not considered valid until such confirmation is received by the Player.

5.2 Live In-Play Betting

bat11 offers live in-play betting on cricket matches including BPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, IPL, and ICC tournaments. In-play odds update in real time to reflect match conditions. bat11 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during breaks in play, power outages, or system maintenance. Bets already confirmed prior to a market suspension remain valid unless the underlying event is declared void.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's Account Balance in the following circumstances: (a) the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared; (b) the bet was accepted in error due to a technical fault or odds pricing error; (c) the event does not conform to the conditions specified in the market rules. bat11's decision on void bets is final.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

bat11 applies maximum payout limits per event and per market type. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting markets. Any winnings that exceed the applicable maximum payout limit will be capped at that limit. bat11 reserves the right to adjust maximum payout limits at any time.

5.5 Errors and Omissions

In the event of a manifest error in the odds or market information displayed on bat11 — including but not limited to typographical errors, misquoted odds, or system faults — bat11 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. bat11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such errors.

6. Casino Rules

6.1 Game Availability

bat11 Casino offers more than 500 games sourced from certified international studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game availability may vary and bat11 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games from the Casino lobby at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Game Fairness

All casino games offered by bat11 use independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained human dealers under controlled conditions. bat11 does not alter game outcomes and does not benefit from any manipulation of game results. 6.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, bat11's system will complete the round based on the last confirmed game state. For live dealer games, bat11 follows the specific disconnection policies of the relevant game studio. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection while playing. bat11 accepts no liability for losses resulting from connection interruptions caused by the Player's device, browser, or network provider.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

bat11 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds. These specific terms are communicated at the time the bonus is offered and take precedence over these general bonus terms where there is a conflict.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the bonus-specific terms. bat11 reserves the right to determine which games contribute towards wagering requirements and at what percentage. Wagers placed on restricted games during an active bonus period may be voided.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

bat11 actively monitors Accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: (a) opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus; (b) placing low-risk, high-coverage bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the game; (c) coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional offers. Where bat11 determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, bat11 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds, and to suspend or close the Account.

7.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Bonuses

bat11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected Players via their registered email address or through the bat11 platform notification system. Continuing to use the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Security & Fraud Prevention

8.1 Platform Security

bat11 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform communications, ensuring that data transmitted between your device and bat11's servers remains secure and private. bat11's security infrastructure is reviewed regularly in accordance with current industry standards. However, no system can guarantee absolute security, and bat11 cannot warrant that the platform will be free from all security vulnerabilities at all times.

8.2 Fraud Detection

bat11 operates an automated fraud detection system that continuously monitors Account activity for patterns associated with fraudulent behaviour, money laundering, match-fixing, and other prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is detected, bat11 may: (a) temporarily suspend Account access pending investigation; (b) place a hold on pending withdrawals; (c) request additional documentation from the Player; (d) report the activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8.3 Player Responsibilities

Players are prohibited from using any automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the bat11 platform in a manner not authorised by bat11. Players must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise exploit the bat11 platform. Any such activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

9. Responsible Gaming

bat11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity, not a means of generating income or solving financial difficulties. bat11 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your bat11 Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Wager Limits: Cap the maximum stake amount per individual bet or game round.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from bat11, during which account access and all betting activity will be suspended.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

bat11 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, technical faults, or circumstances beyond bat11's control. bat11 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bat11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — even if bat11 has been advised of the possibility of such losses. bat11's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Third-Party Services

bat11's platform integrates with third-party services including payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and others), and data providers. bat11 is not liable for any failure, delay, error, or outage of these third-party services. Your use of third-party payment services is also subject to the terms and conditions of those respective providers.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

bat11 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bat11 uses your personal data solely for the purposes of operating your Account, processing transactions, conducting KYC verification, delivering customer support, and complying with applicable legal obligations. bat11 does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bat11 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bat11 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via their registered email address or through an on-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of bat11 following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using bat11 and may request Account closure by contacting [email protected].

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally accepted principles applicable to online gaming platforms. bat11 operates as an internationally licensed online gambling platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bat11's internal complaint process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.
